Customer-caused shipping issues may include, but are not limited to:

If an order is returned to Titan Sciences LLC or requires reshipment due to circumstances caused by the customer, Titan Sciences LLC reserves the right to require the customer to pay all applicable reshipping costs before the order is resent.
