Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refunds are only available in limited circumstances, as outlined below. Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
No Returns for Safety and Quality Reasons
For health, safety, and product quality reasons, Titan Sciences LLC does not accept returns of any products.
Our products are stored and handled in a climate-controlled, clean facility to help protect product integrity and minimize the risk of contamination. Because Titan Sciences LLC cannot verify storage conditions, handling, or product integrity once an order has left our facility, all sales are final except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
When Refunds Are Available
Refunds may be available only if:
- Your order arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
- A refund is otherwise required by applicable law
Titan Sciences LLC may request clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage or issue in order to verify the claim.
Promotional or Sale Items
Promotional, discounted, or sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
How Refunds Are Processed
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Titan Sciences LLC with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once we review and verify the issue, we will notify you whether your refund or replacement request has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Refunds are issued only after eligibility has been confirmed to help protect product quality, customer safety, and order accuracy.
Exchanges
Titan Sciences LLC does not offer exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once the issue is reviewed and verified, Titan Sciences LLC may send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, Titan Sciences LLC will work to resolve the issue.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- Clear photos of any visible damage, defect, or incorrect product received
Once the issue is verified, Titan Sciences LLC may send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the standard processing time, please first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider, as processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
